The apartments on Courtyard Village Bonaire all have modern but typical Caribbean architecture. The traditional Dutch Caribbean components, like the hidden gutters and channels, are combined with contemporary elements. The exterior show different treatments, in keeping with the nature of the island and trying to minimize the impact of the construction in the landscape.
The Trupial apartments are built in free standing blocks of three different apartments of which it is located on the ground floor. The building consists of in total two apartments on the ground floor and a penthouse on the first floor.
Apartment Trupial is a 3 bedroom apartment and features a nice living room almost completely opening up to the porch, a semi-open kitchen, spacious bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. The master bedroom has it own private bathroom. The two other bedrooms share a bathroom. The smallest bedroom can also be used as study. Naturally the bedrooms have air conditioning. The interior is designed to meet stringent international standards.
The penthouse on the first floor can be reached by staircase build in a way to reduce noise to the ground floor apartments.
Every villa and apartment is connected to the public water and electricity grid, the network of telephone provider Telbo, which also offers digital TV. All infrastructural pipes within the Courtyard Village project are constructed underground. The heating of water is provided for by environmentally-friendly and sustainable solar boilers.
Subject to existing rental contract which ends on 30 November 2020. After this date you may use it for yourself or rent it out long/short term.
