On top of that we will showcase your property to all real estate brokers on Bonaire, including Sunbelt Realty, Harbourtown Real Estate and Caribbean Homes.

All of our listings are in our listing brochure, The Bonaire Real Estate Book, which is published quarterly and available free of charge in the arrival hall at Bonaire Flamingo International Airport, as well as at a large number of resorts, restaurants and other businesses on Bonaire.

How to prepare your home for the RE/MAX photo-shoot?

As we all know the first impression is the most important one, so it is very important to prepare your home for the photo-shoot. A home that is “well polished” appeals more to buyers then a house that is untidy and cluttered. If possible we would like to ask you not to be present at the showing, Some buyers are uncomfortable when the owner is in the house. They might feel rushed and in their hurry to get out of your way they might miss important features, or fail to ask the right questions. If you prefer to stay present for the showing please be polite, but do not try to make conversation. The RE/MAX Paradise Homes agent knows what his/her client is looking for and can discuss the important features and answer the questions.

After the showing your RE/MAX Paradise Homes agent will provide you with feedback. Please know that this might take a couple of days.
